Marsograd is the name given by Willis Linsay to the Russian Mars station where Viktor Ivanov, Sergei Djanibekov and Alexei Krilov lived.[1]

It is located on the flank of Arsia Mons and is centred on a cluster of prefabricated yellowing plastic domes which are surrounded by structures that look like tepees made of alpaca leather. All this buildings are sealed up with polythene sheets and connected by plastic tunnels.

Among its numerous installations, there are solar cell arrays, farms with fields of potatoes, yams and green beans, a botanical garden and a dome containing a herd of alpacas, imported as embryos from the South American mountains.
